Sometimes we all need space to reflect on what’s going on or to talk with someone outside our immediate circle. Therapy is a confidential space that can help you to develop the insight and skill you need to work through difficult or challenging experiences and find ways to live a life with greater resilience and purpose.
Psychological Assessment (Initial Appointment)
A psychological assessment is the first appointment with us. The aim of your initial assessment appointment is to understand your current challenges and their context, together with relevant background factors. This appointment allows you to determine whether there is a “good fit” for ongoing therapy.
Personalised treatment planning takes place following completion of the assessment. This process allows us to have a full understanding of your challenges and goals, so that treatment recommendations can be tailored to your unique situation.
